We were incorporated in 2001 with the mission to create innovative tools for molecular biology, signal transduction, and functional genomics. These tools will help the research community to achieve understanding of how the cell is regulated. Attagene’s R&D program is largely funded by awards of the National Institute of Health. Our proprietary technology termed FACTORIAL™ represents a unique tool designed to assess activities of many dozens of signal transduction pathways simultaneously. It is doing so by analyzing activities of transcription factors that lay at the apexes of these pathways. The profile of transcription factors’ activities represents an entirely different molecular signature of cell regulation. Another proprietary technology, termed REVERSIBLE GENOMICS™, represents a novel tool for deciphering the composition of the signal transduction pathways. This technology affords systematic, genome-wide, search of proteins that comprise the signal transduction pathways.
